We hope you never have an emergency with your pet but if you do we want you to be prepared. Our emergency pre-registration system, Veterinary Emergency Care Acute Response Enrollment System (veCares), allows you to pre-register all pets in your household to be put in to the Veterinary Emergency Care patient system so that if you have a pet emergency we will have your personal information, authorized caregivers, contact information and you will have up to date medical records and lab testing from your family veterinarian to bring along. This will help eliminate the stress of filling out a new patient form. Forms can be filled out online, printed, faxed or emailed.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If the patient is admitted to the hospital, a deposit will be required. The full balance is due at the time of the patient's discharge. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & Care Credit.
