Our hospitals are open 24/7/365 for Emergency services, while providing specialty and referral care on weekdays with our team of Board Certified specialists. We pride ourselves in giving our patients the best care possible, working with both you and your primary veterinarian to design a treatment plan that works for your pet.

Our Facilities

Remaining true to our goals

In 2000, Dr.’s Henri Bianucci and Perry Jameson founded Veterinary Specialty Care in Mount Pleasant with the goals of partnering with referring veterinarians to provide the highest quality specialty care in a compassionate and practical way. While we have grown into a multi-specialty referral and 24/7/365 emergency/critical care practice, in two locations, our commitment to these simple goals remains. VSC offers locations in Mount Pleasant and North Charleston both of which are open on weekdays for referral appointments, and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency care.

Veterinary Specialty Care (VSC) is a provider of Multi Specialty and Emergency/Critical Care located in the Greater Charleston Area. Our Specialty, and Emergency/Critical Care team will apply their advanced training,  and vast experience, to ensure compassionate care, and the best possible outcome for your pet. VSC is conveniently located in Mount Pleasant and North Charleston. We are open for referral appointments on weekdays, and for Emergency Care.

Serving you,
serving the community

Our community and the health of it’s animals is our top priority which is why we established Sam’s Fund. Sam’s Fund, a charitable, 501(c)3 foundation dedicated to providing financial assistance and enabling veterinary care for pets or wildlife in need, for little or no cost. The fund supports pet owners in financial crisis, pets harmed or displaced by natural disasters as well as injured wildlife.
